Quick and easy creamy coleslaw recipe that the husband and I made yesterday.
The amount we used was for our family of 5 and plenty of left overs.
This side dish or pulled pork sandwich topper will feed approx 8-10
Ingredients:
1 medium head of cabbage (diced)
2 carrots (peeled and diced)
1 cup mayo
6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons of celery seed
1 tablespoons of onion powder
1 tablespoon of salt
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all diced cabbage and carrots. In smaller bowl combine all remaining ingredients and whisk.
Pour dressing over cabbage and carrots.
Toss until fully coated.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and for up to 24 hours (refrigerating longer will lead to a softer slaw)
